Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE

I. PROCESS

1) Submit completed order form via Twitter or E-mail to be added to the queue
2) Full upfront payment (via PayPal invoice)
3) Draft sketch pose confirmation (major revisions possible)
4) Further updates during lining and colouring if asked (minor revisions possible)
5) Finished full res art sent via Google Drive link or email

II. GENERAL TERMS

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason
Client must provide visual references
No major revisions beyond the confirmed draft sketch. Minor revisions are possible at any stage, but major revisions beyond this point will incur an extra charge
Commercial work MUST be discussed prior to the commission being accepted as this will impact the cost, process, image resolution etc.

I will not draw the following:
1) Furries (kemonomimis okay)
2) NSFW art
3) Gore
4) Heavy mecha/armour
5) Disturbing or offensive imagery

III. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments made through PayPal invoice only
All prices are listed in USD
Prices are non-negotiable
Full payment must be made upfront before I begin working on your commission
Payment for any commercial work must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commission being accepted
If the client issues a chargeback, this will be raised publicly to alert other artists and I reserve the right to resell your commission to someone elseAll commissions are non-refundable, unless the wait time extends beyond 8 weeks
I reiterate, please do not issue a chargeback at any point as this causes problems for me as a seller. If a refund is requested more than 8 weeks after payment, I will be happy to refund the money directly

IV. RUSH FEES

Rush fees guarantee a specific deadline being met. I will always try to complete commissions in a timely manner after payment, but rush fees will be applied if a specific deadline is absolutely required4-6 week deadline: +10% of base price
1-3 week deadline: +30% of base price
Less than 1 week deadline: +50% of base price

V. COMMERCIAL USE

Twitch/YouTube/Social media assets: No extra charge
Game assets: +50% of base price
Merchandise: +100% of base price

VI. COPYRIGHT TERMS

The client may:
Use the commissioned artwork in any personal, private capacity
Use the commissioned artwork to promote themselves
Post the artwork to social media

The client may not:
Claim the artwork as their own
Profit from the artwork through commercial means if not agreed upon by the artist

I may:
Use the commissioned artwork to promote my work
Post the commission to my own social media (unless directly asked for commission privacy)

I may not:
Claim the clients character design as my own
Use commissioned art for my own profit
